A touching teen drama in the veins of the popular John Hughes films (16 Candles, Pretty in Pink) set in magical Sonoma, California. Love for Sale is a coming of age story about finding true love in the world of commerce.

Dave Hanson (Co-Writer):
Dave’s first novel The Spring Habit was released by Ad Lib Books. He is also the author of 101 Reasons to Hate Dennis Rodman, a sports humor book from Avon books, as well as numerous theater works. His newest play, The Ritual, was read as a part of the 2003 Kansas City Playwrights Festival. His drama the Clearance Sale at the Five and Dime was developed at the New Dramatists, Inc. and later enjoyed a two-month run at Alice's Fourth Floor on Theatre Row in New York City. The play was also a finalist for the L. Arnold Weisberger Playwriting Award. His work has been seen in Los Angeles, New York and in the greater Midwest. He has adapted and directed radio drama for KRTU in San Antonio, Kansas, optioned two screenplays, as well as serving as an assistant editor for the fiction anthology The Southern California Review.
